OUR IMPACT
Youturn Youth Support has a strong history of helping young vulnerable and disadvantaged people across Southern Queensland. This may be when a young person is experiencing homelessness, find themselves in an unsafe environment, are feeling depressed or anxious.
In 1989, when we started, we helped 6 youths with accommodation and 30 years later our services have grown to supporting over 9000 young people to live healthy and meaningful lives.

THE BUILDING OF OUR TINY HOMES
Over the past year, since launching our “Big Hearts for Tiny Homes” initiative to tackle youth homelessness on the Sunshine Coast by building Tiny Homes for those young people transitioning from crisis accommodation towards independent living, we have some exciting news to share!
Since launching our “Big Hearts for Tiny Homes” initiative in 2020 to tackle youth homelessness on the Sunshine Coast, we raised enough to purchase and build our first TWO tiny homes with the generous support of our partners and community. Our houses have been completed and are ready and waiting to welcome our first tenants.
